What I Need from You:
Please provide clear photos of your windows, ensuring the images are taken straight on and capture the entire area. Include the dimensions of the space as well as reference photos and any details regarding the concept you envision. This will help us assess the suitability of the project for your space.
When submitting a request for window murals, please be sure to include all the aforementioned details in your initial inquiry to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Payment
A deposit of 50% is required upfront, with the remaining balance due on the first day of the project. Accepted payment methods include Cash and Apple Pay. Once the deposit is received, I will create a basic mock-up based on the photo of the windows you provided.
If you choose not to proceed with the project after receiving the mock-up, the deposit is refundable, minus a $50 design fee. Should you require paint removal, I can return to clean the windows for a fee of $200.
Pricing
The minimum project fee is $200, and I will provide a custom quote based on the dimensions of your space, the level of detail in the design, and the information you provide. Initial brainstorming discussions via messages are complimentary. Once the deposit is received, I will create a basic mock-up based on the photo of your windows.
If you decide not to proceed after reviewing the mock-up, your deposit is refundable, minus a $50 fee to cover the time spent on the design.
Please ensure the photo of your windows is taken straight on, as the mock-up will be based on this image.
Scheduling
The duration of the project will depend on the scope of work. Most pieces typically take between 3 to 10 hours to complete, with additional time for any necessary prep work the day before.
My standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, although this may vary based on the specific requirements of the project.
Liability:
Window painting is generally a safe and durable process. While the artwork is designed to last, it can be easily removed with a razor scraper and Dawn dish soap if needed. By proceeding with the window painting, you assume responsibility for any potential damage, such as scratches, cracks, or breaks. Although such incidents are rare and have not occurred in my experience, any necessary repairs would be the responsibility of the business owner. Additionally, please note that windows with tint or plexiglass cannot be painted.
Work Longevity:
My window murals are crafted with professional quality materials designed to withstand the test of time. However, as I cannot control weather conditions or exposure to the elements, all sales are final. If you experience any issues within the first two weeks of installation, please contact me, and I will be happy to work with you to find a solution. The longevity of a window mural largely depends on the level of exposure to the elements. With proper protection, such as a good overhang and sun cover, window paintings can remain vibrant for years. For spaces more exposed to weather, seasonal murals may be a better option.
Windows – Painted Inside or Outside?
The location of the painting will depend on your specific circumstances. In colder months, I typically paint from the inside to protect the artwork from the elements. Indoor paintings offer the benefit of a cleaner finish and are shielded from weather conditions. Windows without an overhang are best painted from indoors for additional protection. During warmer months, I may opt to paint on the outside. Outdoor murals can appear more vibrant from a distance, as there is no window glare to affect the image. We’ll discuss the best approach based on your location and preferences.

Window paintings are an outstanding tool for business advertising. They make your storefront stand out and attract attention, making it easy to capture the eye of potential customers. Sharing your window painting on social media can create significant buzz, and there have been instances where videos of my work have gone viral. At the end of the project, I will provide you with photos and/or videos that you can use for your own marketing purposes.
