Terms and Conditions 

​1. Services Provided

 

Festive Fronts agrees to provide the following services:

• Custom decor setup and/or mural painting based on the client’s selected package or request.

2. Payment Terms

• Total balance is due within 21 days of the invoice date.

• A deposit may be required prior to service.

• If payment is not received within 21 days, the client agrees to pay any arbitration, legal, or collection fees incurred by Festive Fronts.

3. Liability Waiver

 

Festive Fronts is not responsible for any damage to windows, doors, or property resulting from the application or removal of paint, adhesive materials, decor, or weather-related conditions.

4. Dispute Resolution

 

Both parties agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Maryland. The client waives the right to pursue litigation or class action.
